Quality Measures

The moment we start our operations, we follow stringent quality control methods and measures. Our ISO 9001:2000 certification is a clear reflection of the way we look at processes. In the future also, we will adopt all appropriate quality control measures with an aim to deliver high quality.

We also intend to set up a field laboratory headed by a experienced professionals to check the quality of material supplied by the vendors at the site. The Laboratory will have test facilities for verification of quality of Cement, Material of local origin, checking of quality of concrete both manufactured at site, or that obtained from suppliers of ready mix concrete. Arrangements will be made with standard laboratories in NCR for carrying out random quality checks.
Let us find out what quality measures we undertake in every sector we operate in -

• Steel
Reinforcement bars for the structure will be FE 145 (Fe 415) /FE 500 grade manufactured by the renowned manufacturers i.e. SAIL/TISCO/RINL and we procure all this material in bulk to ensure economies of scale, and an ability to deliver required quantities without any hindrance.

• Cement
43 Grade cement (OPC/PPC) manufactured by renowned manufacturers like ACC, Grasim Industries, Gujrat Ambuja Cement will be used. Procurement will be in lots wherein storage at site does not exceed 30 days. Proper storage arrangement will be made at site to safeguard against any deterioration in quality of Cement due to exposure. Storing of cement will comply to IS 4082

• Material of Local Origin
Aggregate for concrete, bricks etc. will be sourced from vendors/queries/kilns after verification of their material as well as their credentials. 3-4 vendors /suppliers will be short listed for supply of material as per laid down specifications. We will carry out random sample checks on material supplied in the laboratory set up at the site.

• Materials for Finishing
Material such as floor tiles, both ceramic and wooden, stones (Kota, Marble- Granite) will be procured in bulk after carrying out thorough quality checks on the materials supplied.

• CI Pipe, GI Pipe, PVC Pipe, AC Pipes, SWG Pipes
These will be procured from manufacturer having ISI certification and license for manufacturing. The material supplied by them will be further checked as per parameters given in respective ISI specification, before doing accepted at site.

• Sanitary Fittings & Fixtures
Sanitary fitting will be of highest quality procured from Hindustan Sanitary Ware/Parryware/Nicer, renowned suppliers in the industry. Sanitary fitting will be procured in sets as per the catalog of the company to ensure uniformity in fixtures, like stopcocks, pillars cocks, whip cocks, basin mixtures, shower, toilet cabinet etc. which will be procured from well known manufacturers like PALCO, Champ etc.

• Door Frames
Door frames will be of teak wood, with solid core flush shutters for internal doors, paneled, teak wood shutter for the main entrance. Window will be of aluminum sections, anodized in pleasing colours.

• Electrical Fittings
Electrical junctions will be obtained from well known manufacturers, having standard ISI certifications and license. All electrical conducting will be done using PVC conduits. Copper conductor of correct rating will be used as per the load requirement.
