Within 60 days of booking	80% OF Basic Cost + 50% Additional Charges
On offer of possession	5% OF Basic cost + 50% Additional Charges

4	On PCC of Basement	6%
5	On RCC of Basement	6% (EEC +FFC)
6	On Casting of Roof of Basement	6%
7	On Casting of Stilt Roof Slab	6%
8	On Casting of 2nd Floor Slab	6%
9	On Casting of 4th Floor Slab	6%
10	On Casting of 6th Floor Slab	6% + (PARKING)
11	On Casting of 8th Floor Slab	6%
12	On Casting of 10th Floor Slab	6%
13	On Casting of 12th Floor Slab	5%
14	On Casting of 13th Floor Slab	5%
15	On Casting of 14th Floor Slab	5%
16	On Completion of Brick Work	5%
17	On Offer of Possession	5% + (Remaining Additional Charges)

PLC for Park / Pool / Road facing	75/- Sq.ft.
PLC for Corner	25/- Sq.ft.

Other charges, registry, stamp duty and other govt. levy, if any, will be extra and to be borne by the customer.
Above mentioned rates can be revised at any time without any prior notice.
Acceptance of the application form is solely based on the company’s discretion.
Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without giving any reason, whatsoever.
Maintenance charges payable at possession and price are escalation free.
Payment should be made in favour of ‘Carol Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.’ by Cheque/ Pay Order/ demand draft payable at any schedule bank in NCR.
