Note:

  • PLC, Other Charges, Registry, Stamp Duty and other Govt. Levy, if any will be extra and is to be borne by the customer.
  • Individual Electric Meter Connection charges along with proportionate cost towards load sanction, supply, security deposit, pre-paid billing & monitoring etc. shall be charged extra at the time of possession, as decided by the Company.
  • IFMS & Advance Maintenance Charges have to be born by the customer at the time of Possession
  • External Electrification Charges (EEC) comprises of equipment & installation charges for Transformer, Panels, VCB’s, Cables, Pumps, Street Lighting & Common Area Lighting.
  • Fire Fitting Charges (FFC) comprises of equipment & installation cost of Fire Prevention Equipments.
  • The company shall make provisions for Generator Power Back Up in individual flats as well as common areas.
  • Generator Power Back-Up Load shall be provided @ Rs. 20000/ KVA. However the Developer may provide additional Power Backup Load (Optional) subject to availability for capacity. And any other charges as decided by the Company from time to time.
  • The recurring monthly costs shall be borne by the Allottee on Super Area basis or as per actuals / units consumed on the unit rates as decided by the Maintenance Agency / Company from time to time.
  • The Complex Maintenance & Facilities Management services shall be organized by Landcraft Developers Pvt. Ltd or any other nominated agency.
  • Above mentioned rates can be revised at any time without prior notice.
  • Acceptance of the application form is solely based on the Company’s discretion.
  • All building plans, layouts, specification are subject to change as decided by the Company / Project Architect or competent Authority.
  • The terms and conditions of sale are only indicative and are subject to detailed terms and conditions in the application form and the flat allotment letter.

PAYMENTS:

  • All payments are to be made in favour of ‘Landcraft Developers Pvt. Ltd.’ by cheque / pay order / demand draft payable at any scheduled bank in NCR.
  • Identification and acknowledgement of third party payment is also mandatory in booking and all installment payments installation
