We've conquered some summits, and are yearning for more ...
For the last fifty years, we began with some hardships that usually go with starting a business and went through with some confident as well as some not so confident moments. We've now blossomed step by step into a firm which is now running ahead with full steam. We are the leading property developers in India. As we became more familiar with the market and the market realities, the more we knew that we know nothing yet and that we needed to keep growing, providing new solutions to the discerning customers. We have done our best to introduce and execute some new and innovative ideas that we hope will help us march ahead in this competitive marketplace. We have diversified into steel, education, publication and media and have achieved an astounding turnover of Rs 200 crores and still counting.

Our Success, An Inevitability
Five decades really make a huge difference and believe us, we have experienced it ourselves. Yet, I am not amazed or struck by the wondrous growth in the in-built value of the Garg Group over the years, as we have always aspired to be a value oriented company and that's what we believe we are moving towards.

Our Long Term Vision
We don't believe in going for achieving fictitious valuations if they do not deliver actual benefits to our customers on the ground. We'd rather walk on ground than fly in space and deliver tangible benefits to our customers. That's the ultimate goal - solid fundamentals, consistently, year after year - that we aim for which keeps us rooted where we are today. Actually, when we see many companies going for short term survival strategies, we hold fast to the concept of performance across all lines of our business because this has made us survive easily through what has been tough and troubled times for other companies.

Our Real Estate Development Arm
We take great pride in announcing the creation of ultra premium townships through our real estate development arm Land Craft which will provide Group Housing, Malls, Golf Courses etc among other things to our esteemed customers.

Our Consistency
The Garg Group is no flash in the pan in terms of the market achievements. In fact, we pride ourself on having become a proven standard in the all the fields that we are operating in. When we began we had committed to ourselves that we'd open up new horizons for ourselves as well as for our esteemed patrons and customers. We talked big then, we are performing big now. We said that we had limitless potential within us, we have fulfilled that promise now, though we don't intend to stop here as we prepare ourselves to move ahead and march forward with renewed vigour.
